Mojtaba Mehrara

Mojtaba Mehrara is a seasoned engineering leader with a strong background in technical roles and management across prominent technology companies. Currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at Anthropic since August 2025, Mojtaba leads engineering initiatives for Enterprise, Verticals, and Growth. Previously, as Director of Engineering at Airtable from January 2021 to August 2025, Mojtaba managed a large team of over 90 engineers and managers, focusing on core and enterprise product development, scaling, and AI solutions. Mojtaba's experience also includes significant roles at Airbnb, where oversight of various engineering teams contributed to the successful launch of innovative platforms, and at leading tech companies like Facebook, NVIDIA, and Shyp, with early education culminating in a PhD from the University of Michigan.
