Sandeep Mandala

Sandeep Mandala is an experienced professional in infrastructure management and engineering, currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at Anthropic since 2024. Previously, Sandeep worked at Airtable as Engineering Leadership, focusing on cloud infrastructure management from 2022 to 2023. From 2020 to 2022, Sandeep held the position of Engineering Leader for Core Infrastructure at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative. Sandeep's earlier roles include serving as a Founding Engineer at Orkus from 2018 to 2020, and various engineering positions at Veriflow, LinkedIn, and Area 1 Security, with a notable tenure at Cisco Systems from 2008 to 2014 as a Technical Leader. Sandeep started the career as a Software Engineer at Cisco Systems and Redback Networks, also gaining valuable education with a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Technology from the National Institute of Technology Warangal.
