Lotta Hagi

Lotta Hagi is a Business Development Analyst at Antibody Analytics with previous experience as a Project Manager and Food Technologist at Peacock Salt. Lotta also worked as a Laboratory Scientist at the University of Glasgow. Hagi holds a Masters of Science degree in Medical Microbiology from The University of Manchester, a degree in Creating Food Concepts in Europe (Food Science and Technology) from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, and a Bachelor of Science in Food Bioscience from Glasgow Caledonian University.
