Elodie Dzian has extensive work experience in customer service and professional services roles. Elodie currently serves as the Head of Customer Service & Professional Services at Fluid Topics since February 2022. Prior to this, Elodie held the same position at Antidot starting in February 2022. Elodie also served as the Head of Customer Service from July 2017 to June 2022 at Antidot and worked as a Project Lead from October 2012 to July 2017. Before joining Antidot, Elodie worked at Accenture as a Project Lead from September 2010 to April 2012, where they managed CRM applications and was responsible for planning, budgeting, resource management, and client stakeholder engagement. Elodie's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini from January 2008 to May 2011, where they worked as an Enterprise Test Lead and was responsible for coordinating enterprise testing activities and ensuring compliance with the deliverable driven development life cycle. Elodie also served on the Change Advisory Board. Additionally, Elodie worked as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini from October 2004 to December 2007.
Elodie Dzian obtained their M.S. degree in Computer Science from INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon. Elodie attended the institution from 2001 to 2004.
