Erdem Gelal

Erdem Gelal is an experienced entrepreneur and executive with a strong background in technology and management. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Flowla since August 2022, Erdem leads initiatives to enhance digital sales rooms for sales and customer service teams. In addition, Erdem serves as a VC Scout for Antler, a global venture capital firm that supports early-stage technology startups. Erdem has co-founded and advised multiple tech companies, including TalentGrid and ProceedLabs, the latter being acquired by UP Group in 2018. Previous roles include a Co-Founder position at cubic.fm, which collaborated with major music platforms, and financial analyst responsibilities at Procter & Gamble. Erdem holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boğaziçi University, alongside a brief academic experience at Sapienza Università di Roma.
