Mattias Altin

Mattias Altin is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in startup advisory, product development, and engineering management. Currently serving as an Advisor for Startups at Antler, Mattias specializes in guiding technology startups in areas such as AI, fintech, cleantech, and healthtech. Previously, as CTPO and Deputy CEO at Hups, Mattias restructured the organization to enhance operational efficiency. At Volvo Cars, Mattias was the Senior Director of Engineering, leading a team of around 600 in a digital transformation initiative. With a history at Spotify, Klarna, Rothschild & Co., and other notable companies, Mattias has a proven track record in technical innovation, leadership development, and strategic growth. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and an MSc in Computing from Northumbria University.
