Sara Pires de Oliveira

Sara Pires de Oliveira is a Postdoctoral Researcher specializing in Computational Pathology at The Netherlands Cancer Institute. Prior to this role, Sara held positions as a Research Assistant and PhD Candidate at INESC Technology and Science, focusing on Visual Computing and Machine Intelligence. Sara has also worked as a Research Fellow in both the Visual Computing and Machine Intelligence group and Breast Research Group. Additionally, Sara has been involved in organizing the VISUM summer school, serving as Co-Organizer and Co-Chair in recent years. Sara holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and a MSc Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Universidade de Coimbra.
