Mattias Lagerbäck is an experienced professional in the fields of user experience design and people management, currently serving as People & Culture Manager at Antrop since November 2012, where responsibilities include senior UX design. Additionally, Mattias has been a Steering Committee Member for the UX Designer Program at Hyper Island since March 2021. As a co-founder of Cohero from June 2011 to December 2019, Mattias contributed as a designer and game developer. Prior experience includes serving as Nordic Head of Design and User Experience at Eniro, overseeing design for core services and leading concept development. Early roles included web development and design positions at Fakultetsambassadörerna, Scandinavia Online, and various titles related to user interaction and front-end development. Educational background includes studies at Jönköping University and Nackademin.
