Merydith Neis

Merydith Neis, MBA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Regional People & Culture Manager at TRADEBE, where the focus is on leveraging business acumen to address organizational challenges and implement talent-centric strategies that enhance engagement, productivity, and retention. Previous experience includes roles at Sun Chemical as a Human Resources Manager, at Illinois Tool Works (ITW) as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, and at Jupiter Aluminum Corporation as a Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities encompassed payroll processing, performance management, and employee relations support. Merydith also has experience in HR management and financial oversight from Wilson-Stronks LLC and began a career in education teaching social sciences at the Center for International Education. Merydith holds an MBA from Purdue University Northwest, along with degrees in Human Resource Management and Early Childhood Education.
