Ebba Pers

Ebba Pers has a diverse work experience in various roles within talent acquisition and human resources. Ebba started their career as an HR-assistant at Stena Fastigheter in 2019 and later worked as a Takvärdinna at Urban Deli AB from 2016 to 2017.

In 2021, Ebba joined Ants Tech Recruiters as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, where they worked closely with businesses in the IT and engineering industries. Ebba'sresponsibilities included managing the recruitment process, sourcing and headhunting candidates, conducting interviews, and coaching hiring managers. Ebba continued to work at Ants HR Tech in 2022 as an HR Tech Consultant, gaining experience in HR initiatives and projects focusing on technology.

Ebba also had several assignments as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, including working with Telia Finance, Waybler, Pierce Group - Riders in Ecommerce, and Schill. In these roles, they utilized their recruitment skills to find the right talent for each company's specific needs.

Ebba'smost recent assignment is with ZealiD, where they are currently recruiting for Frontend and Backend Developers. Overall, Ebba's work experience demonstrates their expertise in talent acquisition, HR technology, and their ability to support businesses in their digital transformation journeys.

Ebba Pers completed their Filosofie kandidatexamen (fil.kand.) in HR/personaladministration from Uppsala University from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their Gymnasieexamen in Internationella relationer from Nacka Gymnasium, from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, they studied International relations at Canterbury College from 2014 to 2015. In September 2022, they obtained a certification from Techrek Academy at Ants Tech Recruiters.
