Elisabeth Wehlin has a comprehensive and diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Elisabeth started their career as a Brand Ambassador at Academic Work in August 2018 and worked there until April 2020.
In December 2020, Elisabeth joined Wrknest as a Recruitment Partner and played a crucial role in growing the company from its inception. Elisabeth maintained close relationships with both clients and candidates, overseeing the entire recruitment process.
From March 2021 to May 2022, Elisabeth worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Scania Group, where they supported their R&D and IT teams in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Elisabeth also contributed to strategic talent acquisition planning.
Elisabeth also served as a Talent Acquisition Consultant (Assignment) at Worldfavor from October 2021 to June 2022. Working with the Sales Team, they were responsible for attracting and recruiting new colleagues by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and providing support in the recruitment process.
Additionally, Elisabeth worked at Ants Tech Recruiters, starting in March 2021 as a Talent Acquisition Consultant. Here, they focused on building long-term partnerships with clients and providing customized support and guidance to recruiting managers. Later, Elisabeth took on the role of Competence Lead - Recruitment Processes, ensuring an efficient and unbiased recruitment process by continuously gaining and spreading knowledge in this area. Elisabeth'sresponsibilities included assessment tests, interview techniques, case interviews, reference calls, and data protection (GDPR) issues. Since May 2022, Elisabeth has held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Ants Tech Recruiters, where they set up and maintains agile hiring processes for multiple clients in different domains. Elisabeth supports TA Consultants, manages recruitment projects, builds partnerships with leaders and managers, and coaches and supports hiring managers in interview techniques and strategic recruitment. Elisabeth also incorporates organizational development and learning and development activities in recruitment strategy.
Elisabeth Wehlin completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Uppsala University from 2017 to 2020. In addition, they pursued a Minor in Sustainability - Marketing and Innovation at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2019 to 2020. Elisabeth also obtained certifications from Techrek Academy at Ants Tech Recruiters in June 2022 and Recruiting Foundations from LinkedIn in February 2021.
