Are you a master of storytelling through video, with an eye for detail and a flair for creativity? The ANU Entrepreneurship Club is seeking a Video Editor to craft compelling content that showcases the vibrant entrepreneurial spirit of our community.

About the role

As a Video Editor, you’ll play a critical role in turning raw footage into engaging content for social media, promotional campaigns, and event highlights. Your work will amplify the club’s message and inspire students to engage with the world of entrepreneurship.

What you’ll do

  • Edit and produce high-quality videos from events, workshops, and promotional shoots.
  • Create polished event recaps, promotional content, and short-form videos for social media.
  • Collaborate with the team to align video projects with branding and messaging goals.
  • Dedicate 4 hours weekly, including 2 hours in-office at ANU for team collaboration and editing sessions.
  • Attend all club events to ensure access to raw footage and to understand project goals.
  • Work on tight deadlines, ensuring content is delivered promptly and professionally.
  • Participate as a performer in short-form content to bring creative ideas to life.

What we’re looking for

  • A student currently enrolled at ANU with proven experience in video editing.
  • A strong portfolio or summary of your work showcasing your editing skills and creativity.
  • Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
  • Ability to craft engaging narratives through visuals, pacing, and sound design.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
