Menka is a seasoned HR professional having over 19 years of diverse experience in Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition and Development , Employee Engagement, Performance Appraisal, Framing and Implementation of Policies and Learning & Development. With a degree in Executive Development Program in Human Resource Management from XLRI, Menka was earlier serving as Deputy Vice President (HR) in Tata AIG General Insurance Company.

With exposure to Compliance, competency mapping, R&R and Change Management, Menka thrives on tough challenges with the knack of translating vision & strategy into actionable and value-added HR initiatives.
