RADHIKA BASU BHAGAT has been working in the corporate world since 2008. RADHIKA started their career at Standard Chartered Bank, where they held the roles of Director, Corporate Development and SME Risk. In 2015, they joined ANUSCHKA by The Basu Group, Inc. as VP.

RADHIKA BASU BHAGAT attended St. Xavier's College from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics. RADHIKA then attended Indian Institute of Management, Indore from 2004 to 2006.
