Michelle Taylor

Michelle Taylor has had extensive experience in various HR roles throughout their career. Michelle is currently serving as the Senior Director of People Services at Anuvu, where they have held multiple positions since 2014. Prior to this, they worked as the HR Director at Pulse Flexible Packaging and Printpack. At Printpack, Michelle held the roles of HR Director European Division, Divisional HR Manager, and Senior HR Officer. Michelle also has experience as an HR Manager at BNP Paribas and as an HR Officer at Britax Aircraft Interiors UK Ltd. Michelle's responsibilities have included developing HR strategies, supporting senior managers, leading HR teams, ensuring legal compliance, managing employee relationships, and overseeing recruitment and onboarding.

Michelle Taylor completed their A Levels at Brooklands College from 1992 to 1994. From 1994 to 1997, they attended Keele University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology & Human Resource Management.
