Darren Elliott

Darren Elliott is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in operations and management across various sectors. Currently serving at Anya Hindmarch since October 2022, Darren previously held the position of Head of Operations at Oru Space, where notable achievements included a 46% increase in gross cafe sales within six months. As Operations Director at Breakfast En Bread™, Darren demonstrated adaptive leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier roles include operations and events management at TMRW Tech Hub, consultant event organizer for London Brunch Fest, and co-founder and COO of Timberyard UK, where innovative co-working spaces were created. With a foundation in food and beverage management from their time at National Maritime Museum and Benugo, Darren combines creative vision with operational expertise, supported by a BTEC National Diploma in Hotel Management and Graphic Design from the University of West London.
