Irving Corrales started their work experience in 2017 as a SAP FICO Trainee at Corporación Sybven. From September 2017 to May 2018, they gained experience in SAP FICO.

In November 2018, Irving joined Accenture as an Application Development Associate. In this role, they elicited SAP Order-To-Cash business requirements, mapped requirements to functionality, and defined testing case scenarios. Irving also created, analyzed, and resolved SAP user stories and ServiceNow incidents by testing and configuring front-end web-app, web services (SOAP), and SAP ERP. Additionally, Irving managed service request changes in SAP ChaRM for software integration and release, coordinated meetings with stakeholders to prioritize requirements, and provided SAP support to various teams. Irving even created and delivered training materials to OTC front-end team users and configured user roles for SAP access.

In March 2023, Irving will join AnyDesk Software as a Channel Account Manager (SaaS).

Irving Corrales earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, completing the program from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These include "Project Management Foundations" and "Project Management Foundations: Requirements" from LinkedIn in January 2023, "Python" from Mimo in December 2022, "Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA)" from Salesforce in November 2022, "Corporate Finance Foundations" and "Understanding Capital Markets" from LinkedIn in January and November 2021 respectively. Moreover, Irving has completed various courses and trainings such as "Accenture North America Virtual Experience" from Forage in October 2021, "Taxes for Small Business" from LinkedIn in October 2021, "Agile Foundations" from LinkedIn in September 2021, "Salesforce Essential Training" from LinkedIn in September 2021, "Google Data Analytics Capstone: Complete a Case Study," "Google Data Analytics Specialization," "Analyze Data to Answer Questions," "Data Analysis with R Programming," "Share Data Through the Art of Visualization," "Prepare Data for Exploration," "Process Data from Dirty to Clean," "Ask Questions to Make Data-Driven Decisions," "Foundations: Data, Data, Everywhere" from Coursera in July 2021, June 2021, and May 2021 respectively. Lastly, Irving also completed "Designing Great Dashboards" from Looker in April 2021.
