Ndeshi Shipanga

Ndeshi Shipanga serves as the Head of People Experience and People & Culture Partner at Anything is Possible since November 2021, focusing on enhancing the brand's commitment to its values. Prior to this role, Ndeshi held positions at Jellyfish from November 2016 to November 2021 as a Senior Office Manager and Office Manager, contributing to a leading global boutique agency. Ndeshi's experience also includes a Project Administrator role at ManpowerGroup supporting American Express from September 2012 to September 2016 and a Centre Coordinator position at Dv8 Sussex between February 2010 and August 2012, specializing in youth training. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources & Admin Manager at Roynam Catering Services from February 2002 to July 2007. Ndeshi is currently pursuing CIPD qualifications and holds an Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development, a Certificate in People Practice, and a Diploma in Project Management.
