Tom McGovern

Tom McGovern serves as the Vice President of Corporate Real Estate at Anywhere Real Estate Inc., a position held since 2003, where responsibilities include managing a portfolio of 1200 leases encompassing 6 million square feet. Prior to this role, Tom McGovern contributed to CoreNet Global as a member of the New Jersey chapter and held the title of Vice President of Lease Negotiation at Morgan Stanley, overseeing 650,000 square feet and 125 leases in the Southeast. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Asset Management at Dancker, Sellew & Douglas, and various positions at Prudential Insurance and Summit Bancorp. Tom McGovern holds a BS in Construction Management from Drexel University, an Associate degree in Architectural Design from the American Institute of Design, and a degree in Diaconal Ministry from Saint Elizabeth University.
