Kiana Watson has extensive experience in technical support and customer service roles. Kiana started their career in 2012 as a Customer Service Specialist at CareerBuilder, where they evaluated sales and managed products purchased by clients. Kiana later worked as a Technical Support Analyst at Ready to go Transport, LLC, providing first-level problem resolution for inbound/outbound calls and troubleshooting shipper, carrier, and optimization routing errors. In 2021, they joined MarketSpark, Inc as a Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer, where they conducted planning, research, testing, configuration, and installation of hardware and software systems. Kiana also worked as a Technical Support Specialist II at Glint in 2022, where they communicated with internal teams when tracking bugs and client service requests. Kiana was also responsible for adhering to data protection and privacy practices, as well as knowledge of the GDPR EU law. Kiana currently works at ANYWHERE365® as a Saas Support Engineer, starting in 2023.

Kiana Watson is currently pursuing an associate's degree in Computer Science at Southern Crescent Technical College, which is expected to be completed in 2024. Kiana has also obtained several certifications including Understanding and Prioritizing Data Privacy from LinkedIn, TestOut Network Pro Certification and TestOut Security Pro Certification from TestOut Corporation, Certified Sales Associate from Cradlepoint, and (ISC)2 Candidates from (ISC)². These certifications were obtained between February 2022 and September 2022.
