Lilach Tor

Lilach Tor has a strong background in software development and leadership roles. Lilach is currently serving as the VP R&D at Anyword since October 2022. Prior to that, they were an Engineering Group Lead at AppsFlyer from January 2021 to September 2022 and a Software Team Lead at AppsFlyer from October 2019 to October 2020. Lilach also worked as a Software Engineer at AppsFlyer from May 2018 to October 2019.

Before joining AppsFlyer, Lilach held the position of Software Team Lead at Finastra from an unknown start date to May 2018. In this role, they managed a team of developers, QA, and business analysts, leading software projects and implementing agile processes.

Earlier in their career, Lilach served as a Development Team Lead at BlueSnap from an unknown start date to 2016. Lilach managed two development teams in Israel and Ukraine and was responsible for strategic projects. Prior to that, they worked as a Java Developer at BlueSnap from January 2012 to an unknown end date in 2014.

Lilach Tor attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Chemistry.
