Jade Liang

Jade Liang is a Learning Specialist at ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions, part of the Customer Experience and Strategic Delivery team, focusing on enhancing the end-to-end customer journey. At Well by Jade, Jade runs a health coaching business aimed at transforming clients' self-talk and promoting a compassionate relationship with themselves. Previous experience includes roles as a Learning and Development Advisor at Kinetic IT, where agile methodologies and instructional design were explored, and as a Learning and Organisational Development Advisor at the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research, managing health and wellbeing initiatives. Jade's career in learning and development began at SEEK, followed by positions at CPA Australia and Future Fund, developing LMS administration skills.
