Lakshmi Venkatesan

Lakshmi Venkatesan possesses extensive experience in software engineering and application development within the banking and technology sectors. Currently serving as Engineer Chapter Lead and Vice President at ANZ since July 2015, Lakshmi leads the development of applications in the Forex Core Technology Division, focusing on front office trading platforms and risk management processes. Prior experience includes roles as a Development Architect at SAP Labs, where responsibilities spanned cloud integration and virtualization, and as a Consultant & Technical Lead at MindTree Ltd. Lakshmi began a career as an IT Analyst at TCS, contributing to the development of a global straight-through processing product. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in E-Commerce from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University.
