Constantin Beier

Constantin Beier serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the Strategy & Technology Group at Aon since 2013, focusing on integrating consulting, insights, and technology to enhance decision-making for insurers. In addition, Constantin holds multiple board positions, including independent non-executive director at W. P. Carey Inc. and member of the Board for Aon Norway AS and ASCISM Ltd. Since 2010, Constantin has been a member of the Supervisory Board and Treasurer at Schule Schloss Salem. Constantin's previous roles at Aon include Chief Data Officer (Global), Global Head of Business Development in Data & Analytic Services, and Chief Executive Officer for the Aon Centre for Innovation and Analytics. Educational qualifications include a law doctorate from Heidelberg University and executive management programs from institutions such as INSEAD and The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
