Karen McCarthy

Karen McCarthy, PMP, currently serves as Sr. Manager of Solution Delivery, Portfolio, Program, and Project Management at Aon since January 2017. Prior experience includes holding the position of Assistant Vice President in the Project Management Office at Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company from May 2009 to July 2016, where responsibilities encompassed program management and the integration of Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Earlier roles at Aetna, Inc. included managing cross-functional teams and overseeing complex projects as a Senior Project Manager and a Business Systems Manager, with significant accomplishments in system development and merger coordination. Karen McCarthy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Gwynedd Mercy University and an Associate Degree in Business Automated Management from Pierce College.
