Kembre Roberts

Kembre Roberts, PhD, currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Health Transformation Leader at Aon since September 2023, and holds an Adjunct Professor position at Texas Woman's University since January 2020. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Lockton Companies from November 2018 to September 2023, focusing on employee wellbeing and health risk solutions. Kembre previously developed benefits strategies at Southwest Airlines and led wellness initiatives for over 55,000 employees. Earlier career contributions at L3Harris Technologies involved managing health promotion programs and benefits communications. Kembre holds a PhD in Kinesiology from Texas Woman's University, alongside multiple advanced degrees including an EMBA and a Master's in Health & Kinesiology. Currently pursuing a Master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Harvard University.
