Lucy Bousfield

Lucy Bousfield is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Aon since July 2020, Lucy previously held the positions of Director, Talent Acquisition EMEA and Talent Acquisition Leader for the UK and Krakow. At Aon, responsibilities included developing recruitment strategies to enhance the employer brand and align talent with business objectives. Lucy also has experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, Lead Recruitment Business Partner, and with Randstad Financial & Professional as Associate Director. Earlier in their career, Lucy specialized in recruitment within the insurance and finance sectors, including a role as a Recruitment Consultant at Mercer Gray. Lucy holds a BSc in Economics from Cardiff University.
