Luke Speight

Luke Speight is a seasoned professional in the fintech and digital assets sector, currently serving as Client Director at Aon since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles at WTW from March 2020 to February 2023, where Luke held positions as Director of Digital Assets within FINEX and Associate Director in Insurance Consulting and Technology, focusing on pricing, product, claims, and underwriting. Previously, Luke worked at Willis Towers Watson from September 2012 to February 2020 in various capacities, including Associate Director of Client and Business Development and as an Industry Specialist in Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT). Luke began their career with an internship at ACE Group. Academically, Luke holds an Upper Second Class BSc (Hons) in Medical Science from the University of Leeds, a Post Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property from Bournemouth University, and additional qualifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute and HR College of Commerce and Economics in Mumbai.
