Persia Navidi

Persia Navidi is the Head of Litigation for Australia at Aon, starting in October 2024, and serves as a Committee Member for the Australian Professional Indemnity Group (APIG) NSW since January 2023. Previously, Persia was a Partner at Hicksons Lawyers from July 2022 to September 2024, and held the position of Special Counsel and Senior Associate at HWL Ebsworth Lawyers from December 2016 to June 2022. Persia's experience includes secondments as a Claims Specialist in Financial Lines at Chubb and as a Senior Claims Examiner in Financial Lines at AIG. Prior roles include serving as an Associate at Norton Rose Fulbright, focusing on insurance law, and as a Solicitor at Lander & Rogers. Education credentials include a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Ottawa, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies from the University of Sydney.
