Raffaella Turco

Raffaella Turco is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and insurance, currently serving as the Global Head of Business Development for Digital Client Solutions at Aon since November 2017. Previously, Raffaella held various senior roles at HSBC, including Global Head of Commercial Banking and Private Banking Insurance, as well as Global Head of Protection Products & Business Development. Raffaella's career began at GE Capital as a CEO Personal Assistant, followed by significant positions at GE Consumer Finance, GE Money, and Citi, where responsibilities included cross-selling insurance products and overseeing marketing strategies across multiple regions. Raffaella holds an EMBA from ESCP Business School and has completed executive programs at the Wharton School and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, among others.
