Shannon Tedeschi

Shannon Tedeschi is a Creative Director at Aon since August 2024, bringing extensive experience in creative strategy and design. Previously, Shannon served as Creative Lead/Strategist for Retiree Health Solutions at Alight Solutions, overseeing campaign optimization and creative execution while managing teams. Roles as Art Director in Consumer Experience and Senior Graphic Designer at Aon Hewitt include delivering innovative design solutions and maintaining brand standards. Earlier career positions include graphic design roles at smartdept. inc., IMPACT Marketing & Public Relations, and A. Bright Idea Advertising, alongside part-time faculty duties at The Art Institutes. Shannon holds a Master’s degree in Publications Design from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from The University of Toledo.
