Shilpa Khanna

Shilpa Khanna is an experienced professional in the fields of human resources and organizational transformation. Currently serving as Associate Partner and Director at Aon since February 2022, Shilpa previously held the position of Principal for Organisation Transformation at Mercer from August 2021 to February 2022. Shilpa's earlier roles include Director at The Yellow Door Store, Head of the Measurement, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit at Pratham Education Foundation, and Director of Research & New Product Development at Aon, where Shilpa worked from 2004 to 2013. Shilpa's career began at ICICI Bank as Manager HR. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Sc in Statistics from Hindu College, Delhi University, along with ongoing certification in Diversity and Inclusion at Cornell University.
