Sirija Chinnam has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Sirija started their career as a Tele Marketing Executive at Just Dial Services in 2008, where they focused on promoting India's local search engine. In 2009, they joined Advantage One Group as a Consultant Acquisition specialist, responsible for recruiting consultants and engaging in business conversations. Sirija then joined AO Tax in 2011 as a Business Development Executive, providing full-service public accounting and tax preparation for individuals and businesses. Later in 2011, they worked at AOHR, initially as a Client Acquisition specialist, developing leads and new business with prospective clients, and later managing the recruitment consultants and coordinating with placement agencies. In 2012, Sirija joined 99ATS as a Product Specialist, where they contributed to the development of an affordable recruitment software solution with features like customer relationship management, database management, and resume parsing. Throughout their career, Sirija has demonstrated skills in sales, business development, recruitment, and customer engagement.
