Fernando José Pacheco Herrero

Fernando José Pacheco Herrero has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Fernando José started their career as an intern at Bufete Ruigómez and later applied for public examinations for the Spanish Diplomatic Corps at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation. Fernando José then worked as a lawyer at Vialegis Lawyers, where they gained experience in real estate and planning law, including drafting contracts and managing administrative procedures. Fernando also worked at CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo as a real estate lawyer, specializing in due diligence, sale and leaseback processes, and advising on building projects. Fernando José then served as an in-house lawyer at Sonae Sierra, where they provided legal advice for shopping centers and managed lease agreements. Fernando continued their legal career at Gas Natural Fenosa as a legal counselor in the property management and real estate department, handling lease agreements and real estate transactions. Fernando José later worked as an exterior legal counsel at Naturgy, and currently holds the position of Director of Legal Services (Spain) at APWireless Infrastructure Partners, LLC.

Fernando José Pacheco Herrero received a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Political Science and Public Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2007. Fernando José later pursued a Master's Degree in Civil Law, Commercial Law, Administrative Law, and Procedural Law at ISDE from 2015 to 2016. Fernando José also has additional certifications in English and French language proficiency as well as a course in Planning Law.
