Deena Salwa

Deena Salwa is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and bid management, currently serving as the Pre-contracts Manager in Electricity Transmission and Energy Solutions Power at APA Group since January 2023. Prior roles include Bid Manager at Ventia Pty Ltd and Estimating and Bid Manager at Downer, with a strong background in proposal management and engineering design. Deena has worked at various organizations, including Zinfra, Diona Civil Engineering Contractors, Veolia Water Technologies, Henry & Hymas, and SMEC, contributing expertise in tender management and civil engineering. Deena holds a Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering (Fluid) from the University of Sydney, a Master’s Degree in Water and Flood Management from the Institute of Water and Flood Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering (Major Civil) from BAU.
