Ryan Barmby

Ryan Barmby (MCIPS) has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Ryan is currently working as the Responsible Procurement Lead at APA Group since May 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Procurement Specialist at APA Group from October 2020 to May 2023. Before joining APA Group, they worked at ASC Pty Ltd as a Sourcing Specialist from February 2020 to September 2020, and later as an Acting Senior Sourcing Specialist from August 2019 to January 2020. Ryan also held the role of Sourcing Specialist at ASC Pty Ltd from July 2018 to July 2019. Ryan started their career as a Procurement Specialist at ElectraNet Pty Ltd trading as ElectraNet from November 2014 to June 2018. Additionally, they served as the Secretary at the South Australia Winter Baseball Association from March 2011 to March 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Procurement Advisor at the Department of Environment, Water and Natural Resources from April 2009 to October 2014. Ryan also gained experience in procurement at SA Government from September 2004 to October 2014 and as a Contracts Administrator at the Department of Transport, Infrastructure and Energy (DTEI) from 2004 to 2009.

Ryan Barmby (MCIPS) obtained their Master's Degree in Management (Strategic Procurement) from the University of South Australia from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, they earned a graduate diploma of management (Strategic Procurement) from the same university, which they completed between 2013 and 2014.
