Calvin Turner has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in workover and completions management. Currently serving as Contract Workover Lead at Apache Corporation since March 2021, Calvin specializes in frac preparation, fishing operations, and maintaining well records. Prior roles include Workover Manager at Discovery Natural Resources LLC, where supervision of employees and well record management was key, and Completions Superintendent at Approach Resources, overseeing horizontal and vertical well operations. Calvin’s background also features positions such as Completions Supervisor III at Petrohawk / BHP Billiton and Workover and Completion Consultant at Oxy Permian, demonstrating a consistent focus on well site supervision and operational readiness. Additionally, Calvin spent over a decade at Fasken Oil and Ranch, Ltd., managing workover and completions across multiple counties and states.
