Mamdouh Osama

Mamdouh Osama, CPA, currently serves as the Internal Audit General Manager at Apache Corporation since September 2023. Prior to this role, Mamdouh held several positions in internal auditing, including Internal Audit Manager at minlo from November 2016 to August 2023, where responsibilities encompassed audit plan preparation, fieldwork practices, and direct communication of findings to the CEO & Chairman. Mamdouh's experience also includes serving as Internal Audit Assistant Manager at Alkan Holding and Senior Internal Auditor at Alkan Group, focusing on audit planning and communication of results to management. Earlier roles included Senior Auditor at Deloitte, where financial analysis and risk assessment were key, and Junior Auditor at Grant Thornton LLP, gaining foundational experience in the audit process. Mamdouh earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Misr International University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
