Royce Duong

Royce Duong has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Royce started their career in 2016 at Merrill Lynch, where they worked as an Operations Representative and later as a Registered Client Associate. In 2018, they joined Phenomenex and served as an Angular Developer, leading global remote teams for a multi-year website rebuild project. Royce also worked as a Technical Product Manager at Phenomenex, where they were responsible for the software development life cycle of ECommerce and Sitecore CMS initiatives. In this role, they collected requirements, wrote user stories and acceptance criteria, designed solutions with creative teams, built technical solutions with an engineering team, tested features, and coordinated releases. Royce also evangelized new technology and internal tools and conducted trainings. Currently, Royce works as a Technical Product Manager at APARAVI.

Royce Duong earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Entrepreneurship from California State University, Fullerton, graduating in 2016. Additionally, they obtained the Sitecore® Experience Solution 9 Developer certification from Sitecore in April 2020 and the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in May 2020.
