Annie Spencer is an accomplished People and Culture Manager currently with Aparium Hotel Group since June 2023, following a similar role at What If Syndicate from December 2021 to June 2023. Annie's career began in the culinary field, serving as a Line Cook and Culinary Extern at Pinehurst Resort and Cherokee Town and Country Club, respectively, before transitioning into food and beverage management roles at Montage International and The Langham, Chicago. Annie's educational background includes a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from DePaul University, a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from James Madison University, and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Atlanta.
