Debbie Sorkin

Debbie Sorkin is the current Vice President of Design and User Research at Apartment List. Prior to that, they were a Senior Product Designer at UrbanSitter and UX Designer at Elementum.com. Debbie has also done contract work for CREDO Mobile / Working Assets, Inc. and Littler Mendelson. Throughout their career, Debbie has been responsible for user testing, design prototyping, style guide creation, and executing company design vision for web and mobile products. Debbie is experienced in a broad range of disciplines including brainstorming, creating mockups, and working with development teams to ensure a clean and polished product. Debbie's designs have been featured in Tech Crunch and at Google I/O 2015.

Debbie Sorkin has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan in Arts and Ideas with an added emphasis on Photography and Spanish. Debbie also has a BFA-MFA in Graphic Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
