Ishbel MacKenzie

Ishbel Mackenzie currently serves as Legal Counsel at Apax since December 2021, bringing prior experience as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where the focus was on Private Funds. Earlier roles include working as an Associate at CMS in Funds and Indirect Real Assets, and as a Trainee Solicitor at CMS UK, where substantial exposure was gained across various legal sectors including Real Estate Disputes and Energy. Ishbel also completed a secondee position at the associate firm Woodhouse Lorente Ludlow in Mexico and gained initial legal experience as an Intern at Bird & Bird, specializing in intellectual property.
