Marcia Harnden

Marcia Harnden currently serves as the Managing Partner at M3 Leadership Group and holds multiple positions including Chief of Police for the City of Albany, Instructor for the California Narcotic Officers' Association, and various roles in law enforcement training and leadership development. With extensive experience spanning several decades, Marcia has been involved in curriculum development and instruction for multiple organizations including the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission and the Department of Public Safety Standards & Training. Marcia's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Applied Leadership from City University of Seattle and participation in advanced programs at the Police Executive Research Forum and Northwestern University. Previous roles include Captain and Drug Recognition Expert at the City of Bellevue, where Marcia contributed significantly to law enforcement practices and community relations.
