Marco Benigni

Marco Benigni has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Marco began their career at Accenture Italia in 2017, where they supported the business in defining and planning recruitment needs. Marco conducted various recruitment activities, including head hunting, networking, and active research. Marco also prepared KPI reports and monitored recruitment activities. In 2019, they joined Antal International as a recruiter and head hunter, focusing on IT and digital profiles. Marco oversaw the entire recruitment cycle, from brief to offer generation, and conducted business development activities. Marco then moved to APCO Worldwide in 2020, where they served as a talent acquisition specialist for their European offices. Marco collaborated with finance and resourcing teams to define recruitment needs and conducted recruitment activities across multiple countries. Currently, Marco works at Trilligent as a talent acquisition specialist, focusing on remote-based teams in Belgium and Germany. Marco is responsible for recruiting and acquiring talent in consulting fields such as public affairs, advocacy, and corporate communications. Marco manages the recruitment process end-to-end, from initial contact to hiring and onboarding.

Marco Benigni has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Università degli studi Roma TRE, which they obtained between 2008 and 2012. Marco then pursued a Master's degree in International Relations from the same university from 2013 to 2016. Afterward, Marco attended Sapienza Università di Roma for a Master&Skills - HR Management - Postgraduate program from 2016 to 2017.
