Paul Millar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Paul began their career as a Cashier at HSBC from August 1997 to November 1998. Following this, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at City People from February 1999 to February 2001. Paul then joined Reliance Care as a Billing Specialist and Projects Lead, where they worked on various projects to improve processes and procedures across three branches.

In 2008, Paul joined Alexander Mann Solutions as a Billing Team Leader in Finance Operations. In this role, they supported a team in Poland and was responsible for the execution of Finance Billing processes, including new client set up, vendor forms, and Purchase Order management. Paul processed and raised invoices globally, including a high volume of e-billing and uploading to web portals. During their tenure, they collaborated closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and meet service level agreements. Paul held this position until December 2017.

In 2018, Paul took a career break from January to February before joining Lifeways Group as a Billing Specialist and Projects Lead. Here, they were involved in a significant project and worked with a team of ten and a new billing manager to improve processes and procedures, increase cash flow, and set up E-Billing portals. Paul also handled complex purchase orders, resolved queries, and performed VLOOKUP work. Paul's role at Lifeways Group lasted from March to May 2018.

After their temporary role at Lifeways Group, Paul worked at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) as a Billing Specialist on a six-month contract via Hays. Their responsibilities included raising invoices and credit notes for domestic and international transactions, implementing process improvements, and resolving issues. Paul utilized Oracle for invoicing and also prepared new FTSE contracts for billing. Paul worked at LSEG from May 2018 to November 2018.

Most recently, Paul joined APCO Worldwide in December 2018 as a Billing Associate. In March 2020, they were promoted to the role of Billing Manager for European Finance, where they currently work. No end date is provided for this position.

Finally, they pursued further education at the same college from 1994 to 1996 and earned a GNVQ in Business and Finance.
