Cinthia Yoshida has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Cinthia began their career as a Trainee in the Department of Quality and Safety Assurance at MAC FOODS in 2012. Cinthia then worked as a Trainee in the Application Group of Dairy, Culinary, Coffee and Beverage at Nestle S.A. from January 2013 to July 2013. Cinthia continued at Nestle S.A. as an Application Group Specialist Junior of Culinary, Coffee and Beverage from August 2013 to January 2016. After that, they took on the role of Application Group Specialist of Coffee and Beverage from February 2016 to January 2018. Cinthia then interned at the Embassy of Peru in June 2019. In July 2019, they worked as an R&D Trainee at Flavour Creations. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Field Scientist at Apeel, starting from March 2020. Overall, Cinthia Yoshida has gained valuable experience in various roles related to food science and product development throughout their career.
Cinthia Yoshida received their Bachelor's degree in Agro-Industrial Engineering from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos from 2008 to 2013. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from The University of Queensland, from 2018 to 2019.
