Heidi Middleton is an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager currently at Apella, with a proven track record in leading teams to support clients in achieving telehealth goals. Prior to this, Heidi worked at Amwell as Manager of Customer Success, managing a team and enhancing customer experience through effective communication.
