Brett Andersen is a seasoned performance engineer at Apex Clean Energy since April 2017, leading the development of an Automated Machine Learning Process and optimizing battery storage project scheduling for revenue enhancement. Prior experience includes a role as a wind turbine engineer at the University of Toledo from January 2007 to January 2016, where involvement in floating offshore wind turbine design and environmental assessments for the Offshore Lake Erie Wind Farm was prominent. Additionally, Brett worked with Nordic Windpower as a design engineer in early 2012, focusing on project management for offshore wind turbine design, and served as a wind program coordinator at Green Energy Ohio, advocating for wind energy and managing installations of wind monitoring equipment. Brett holds a Bachelor of Arts from Denison University, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Toledo.
