Mary Gulland

Mary Gulland possesses extensive legal and leadership experience in the energy sector and law firms. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Apex Clean Energy since June 2019, Mary has also held roles as Associate General Counsel and Associate Counsel. Prior experience includes positions at Latham & Watkins as an Associate and as an Analyst at Praescient Analytics. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Columbia University. Mary has engaged in research-related roles at Columbia University and the Center for Strategic and International Studies, as well as coordination and internship positions with Obama for America.
