Carmen Owens

Carmen Owens has a comprehensive background, starting as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Iowa, then transitioning to the United States Army Reserve as a Carpentry/Masonry Specialist. Carmen later held various engineering positions at Apex Companies, LLC while also serving as a Staff Research Scientist. Carmen holds a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Iowa.
